Revolving credit card issuers have been condemned by Spanish courts for charging unfair interest rates and having abusive terms and conditions. We believe that on average, Spanish consumers that use or have used a revolving credit card are typically entitled to claims of €12,000 or more. TransAtlantis created Justalia with its partners to organize one of the largest groups of plaintiffs for this case.

In 2020, the German competition authority found several large pesticide wholesalers guilty of running a cartel. German farmers who purchased pesticides from 1998 – 2015 may be entitled to compensation from damage caused by anti-competitive wholesaler agreements, and many in our claim can typically expect claims for damages and interest of €20,000 or more, depending on their business. To fight against the pesticide wholesalers, TransAtlantis, LCHB and GQL formed the BGG.

In 2019, the French Competition Authority issued a €415m fine to meal voucher issuers for anti-competitive practices dating back to 2002. In a judgement rendered on November 16, 2023, the Paris Court of Appeal confirmed this infringement decision in all respects. We believe that businesses that accepted meal vouchers as payment are collectively entitled to hundreds of millions of euros in damages and interest.

TransAtlantis is seeking compensation for businesses and individuals who purchased or leased medium and heavy trucks between 1997-2011 and are victims of the EU Truck Cartel. With more than 40,000 claims, TransAtlantis is one of the largest plaintiffs in this action.
